I have been writing for as long as I can remember. It is what I love to do. You could say it is in my blood. My grandfather was a poet, my father a lyricist an the three of us share a love of not only words and the art of writing them but also a love of good pens. A tool of the trade you could say.
12 months ago I achieved my dream – to write for a living. I started Eat On My Words and that is exactly what me and my son do! Anyway that is probably enough about me for now – you probably want to know what I can do for you!!
I describe myself these days as a cross between a copywriter and a marketeer. I have worked in many roles both customer facing and in business admin. My last role was in the marketing function of a small company. Before that I worked in the family business before deciding that it was more important that my family relationships didn’t revolve around work. In those last two roles I learnt a lot about writing for businesses in order to share stories and reach out to the reader. So my services are designed to help you, the small business owner, with the kind of writing your business deserves.
So, across this site you will see examples of my writing. You will see blog articles I have written. These come in a variety of themes from helping you make the most of your writing, helping you to write with passion and enthusiasm whilst still reaching your target audience, to my general musings on a business subject or even a link to a blog I have written for someone else that I think you might be interested in.
Then you will see the services section, where all the different types of writing that I do for people are laid out. Some of these have fixed prices which you will find at the bottom of the page, others are price on application simply because it depends on the project itself.
Finally you will see a section called My Writing. I find myself writing short stories, plays, poetry, and little notes sharing my view on things. Feel free to browse that section as it will give you an idea of the different styles of writing that I can do. If you wish to share the content feel free -you will find the content sharing buttons on the page.
